Hi Coach, I am new to exercising at the gym and had a few quick questions about this workout:

1) In the instructions, you list our each exercise with a number of set with number of reps (4 x 10) and then you say "Complete each set with a 45 second rest period in between", does this mean I should do one set of each exercise and circle back or complete each exercise (doing 4 set of 10) with 45 sec in between sets and then move onto the next exercise?

2) How much weight should I use? Any guidance for how to start out? I have been doing your at home workouts for about 2 years so and generally do the higher end of your recommended dumbbell weights when you give a range.

3) Finally, I have been tracking what I eat to ensure I am in a calorie deficit. Should I could this workout as burning calories towards my total caloric intake?

Thanks so much!

-Mike

Great video. You never mentioned the number of reps and the number of times per week to do this workout. Should I do this workout along with other workouts?
