Get ready to sweat with today’s Tabata workout! 4 rounds of each exercises before moving on to the next oww oww!! After the TABATA we will move into an ab and booty circuit to target the core and glutes with some of my favorite moves!
Breakdown: TABATA circuit: 20s work + 10s rest x4 rounds
Abs + Booty Workout: 30s work + 10s rest x3 rounds
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Tuck jumps are a no for me so I did 2 rounds of them (or at least my attempt at them) & 2 rounds of star jumps. 18 workouts to go 🙌🏻🥳

Errrr…. Tuck jumps 😳🙈🥵 absolute killer it took me the entire "rest" and the first round of the abs and booty circuit to recover from those bad boys. Completed it though! 🙌
