Tabata time!! Get ready for a seriously sweaty Tabata workout guys! Quick bursts of intense movement will improve endurance and speed and will get that body burning fat fast. We will finish things off with a glute and ab burning circuit to strengthen that core and build that booty. Let’s do it!
Breakdown: Tabata circuit 20s work + 10s rest x 4 rounds
Abs + Booty circuit 30s work + 10s rest x 3 rounds
Equipment Needed: dumbbells, stability ball + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual! Ball size should be chosen based off of your height. I highly recommend using the ball as it provides additional core and stability work but you can always use a bench, ottoman or perform many of the same exercises on the floor.

This officially killed me today. I had to pause more than the video suggested but hey I did it. Obviously I leave much to be desired in terms of form and grace but I won't give up. Killer Workout is an understatement!

While i really enjoyed this workout, i wish you would incorporate wrist warmups into the days where they are loaded like today. This is one of the two gripes i have with your videos is that i haven't seen any in the 7 weeks so far, even with push heavy exercises.
The other one is more specific to me and that's that most of the music almost makes me want to turn the videos off. I don't want to lose the timer beeps though.
In a way the workouts get me through the music, not the other way around.
One channel that does it will is centrum sportowcy (not mine and i don't even speak polish). They don't use music so you can play your own
Did anyone else yell "NOOO!!!" when the third set of the abs/booty section started? Hamstrings and glutes are definitely gonna be sore after this one 😛
Definitely improving on those single leg hamstring curls but definitely still a ways to go!

Loved this tabata & booty/abs workout. Swapped weighted jump lunges for pop lunges (no weights) because I don't want to risk a knee injury, still can't quite do the 1-leg hamstring curls but I'm improving every time 😉

This is a new favorite! One slight change I'd make, though, is the song choice for the last set of jump squats. I really needed hard-core motivation, and the song felt cool-down-y. Other than that, this was phenomenal! Thank you! <3
