Today’s total body HIIT is full of some killer moves to help improve strength and power. We will also target the core and work on that six pack with a quick ab finisher circuit. It’s going to be good and sweaty my friends. Let’s do it!
Breakdown: Full body HIIT circuit x2 rounds 40s work + 20s rest
Abs workout x2 rounds 20s work + 10s rest (take 0s rest for an extra challenge!)
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual! Ball size should be chosen based off of your height. I highly recommend using the ball as it provides additional core and stability work but you can always use a bench, ottoman or perform many of the same exercises on the floor.

loved it…just hiit and cardio ones are not for me..
It was great 🙂
yay Heather! keepin it just tough enough
So that's almost the end of the first month. I have to admit that apart from week 1, which was an absolute killer for me, this fourth week's been the worst. I'm tired, still unable to do the pumps properly and my weight hasn't changed even 1kg. I've been very careful with my diet. I have to say I am a bit frustrated… I feel well though, but that's all…
I didn't take a break with the HIIT part today because I took few in yesterday's workout. I finally got to experience that exercise-induced endorphin rush that everyone talks about. Totally worth it. Thanks a lot Heather❤️ The scales and inches may not have budged yet. But the improvement in stamina and general moods is so apparent everyday
Hi!! Incredible session, I love It👌
Forgot to leave my inspirational comment yesterday!!!!! So here it is today: Hustle for that Muscle! Thanks Heather!~
Done, dusted.
Great workout. So tired

Getting better everyday
Week 4 Day 4 DONE✅
This one was a beast! 🥵 💪🏿
есть такие же, которые готовятся к лету и скачали трекер?
💖
Week 4 day 4 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Thought since it was shorter it wasnt going to be as intense haha
Missed a day earlier this week so doubled up today on day 3 and 4. Insane combination the two most difficult workouts in the program yet. Proud of myself for banging them both out with minimal modifications though. Will definitely be archiving this one whenever I need a quick, effective cardio circuit. Week 4 day 5 tomorrow! Cannot believe it has been a month already!
Very great workout.
Week 4 Day 4 Completed ✅
Loved the workout but , wished the core and ab circuit could have been a little longer duration
I don't know which is the magic behind this program… It's the first time in so much time (probably years) that I do exercise 5 or even 6 days per week!
Thank you so much, Heather!
Week 4: Day 4 done! Grateful to find the will power to turn up on mat everyday 🙂
Week 4 Day 4!! Almost gonna complete 4 weeks!! Today's workout was really intense! Also, I skipped jumping in some and did them with dumbbells rather! I know that is not very okay, but I am working on it!
Dude I’ve already lost 4 pounds since I’ve started. I’m surprised but happy with the results and im not even a full month in! I’m just happy to begin being fit 😁
Finished!
I had stopped the workout for a few days due to local vaccine pain, then came back today full of energy. Almost stopped a number of times. It was very hard to follow it today, and I had to make some adaptations, but w4d4 is done. And will be back tomorrow.
R3W4D4. 💪✅✌️💕🙏🏋🏻♀️👍🇫🇷
Week 4 day 4 done!!
I had to modify the lunge jumps on the second round to just reverse lunges because I thought I was going to die!
Great workout. I combined it with your stability ball ab workout. Not to brag Liz C.. I actually planned this last night and saw your comment below.
💪
Done ! 2021-08-27
I almost died during this one for some reason…maybe it was the chick fil a I had for dinner last night 🙈
Thank you!!!
Day 3
Need to work on arm strength cause chillle those push ups humbled me😅
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Done ✅ 3R days 2-4 today Ms HR🙏🙏🙏💪💪
I really like every workout!
Fatigue has hit me bad today but somehow I got it done ✅ Still can't get my legs high enough for those tucks but I'm ok with that, I care about my knees more 😂🤪 I did pop lunges instead of jump lunges which is basically the same thing in a way 😉 only 1 more day left & Week 4 will be done!
Thank you for the workout video! Week 4 Day 4 -> done!
I didn't know u could sweat this much but here we are 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
so I’m currently on the second day of my period but I still managed to finish it anyways #girbossism
Who talk to Heather while working out? ME! Sometimes I tell her "please Heather, ENOUGHT. Thank you for this challenge! ❤
Am I the only one who felt that today's workout was easier than ere yesterday's workout? My maximum heart rate recorded during this session was 155 bpm. I think it is because of Heather that I am able to workout with full intensity without my heart rate going above 180 bpm. Thank you Heather, I am seeing visible change in my heart rate readings. You are amazing!
