Alright guys, get ready to sweat with today’s HIIT Cardio workout! This HIIT circuit uses the added resistance of dumbbells to turn up the intensity. Then we’re going to use that stability ball to engage our core, and work on our balance during the ab portion of today’s workout. Let’s do it!!
Breakdown: HIIT Cardio Circuit x 2 rounds. 40sec work + 20 sec rest
Stability Ball Ab circuit x 2 rounds. 20 sec work + 10 sec rest
Equipment Needed: dumbbells, stability ball, exercise mat or other soft surface.
Low Impact Modifications:
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual! Ball size should be chosen based off of your height.

I can honestly say I loved this workout! There were no moves that had me saying "oh no, not these..", I got to experience new challenges (ball plank was next level), and I am definitely feeling stronger in week 3! <3

I did this 2 days ago and i had to sleep 21 hours total to have a rest. This was INTENSE indeed
My legs feel like jelly! Also who else struggles to get in position with the balance ball when there are only 10 secs between exercises haha

This video inspired me to comment…Heather is a beast and is so creative with her workouts…Heather made me purchase a stability ball and I don't regret it one bit…I started out with the 28 day beginners workout just to get back into things and started this 12 week challenge as soon as that was completed….challenging but I'm sticking to it…thanks Heather

Doubled up on day 2 and 3, I missed a few workouts! I pushed my body to the max with these two workouts and I’m so proud of myself for it!!! Even missing two workouts my body is adapting and getting stronger!!

I found this workout easier than yesterday's workout in spite of the fact that I have slept only for 2 hours in the night. My maximum heart rate recorded during this workout was 161 bpm. Thank you heather! You are truly inspirational.
