Welcome to week 3 of my free 12 week workout plan! We have a full body circuit ahead of us today. We are increasing our work period to 40 seconds which will allow you to complete a few extra reps of each exercise.

Breakdown: 2 full body circuits x2 rounds each. 40s Work + 10s rest
Equipment Needed: dumbbells, stability ball, exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual! Ball size should be chosen based off of your height.

Out of the first 2 weeks of workouts, this was the hardest.. those 4 sets of high knees and froggy jumps had me cursing you Heather! But feel so accomplished after finishing it! If not a bit nauseous 🤢

Started strong last week. Then got this weird stomach virus. So I couldn't finish the week like I hoped, strong. But back to "re-start" week 3. Feeling great after the workout.

Half way through high knees jumping isn't difficult i love how my body has got used to these jumps i found difficult doing the first few days i started

Hello, heather. Thank you for this wonderful workout series. My maximum heart rate recorded during this session was 174 bpm. This was indeed a tough workout as compared to most of the workouts covered in the previous 2 weeks.

Thank you so much for this beautiful workout. I made it to week 3! (again). These past couple of weeks, my sleep has improved drastically, I have more energy and I feel so much better within myself. I have 10 weeks left and I am going to make it count! If you are reading this and you feel like giving up, this is your sign that you should keep going.

P.s I loved the music in this workout.
