Rocky, I am especially challenged with the palm facing outward and pressing up. Do you think there are other moves that we could use with the band with that difference (palm)? Thank you.

Those of you asking where's Leslie must be new. Leslie said a year ago (January 2018) that Rocky, Nick, Camilla and Nadyia are the new leads. Leslie's been doing this for decades. She's probably transitioning into retirement.

I love all of the team- so supportive, enthusiastic and smart! For improvement, it would be nice to see the instructor who leads a video (or ends it) give the closing to the video. In a few videos, as much as I adore Nick (my husband, I think, is a little bit jealous ;), it feels a little tone deaf to have the "guy" come forward and make the closing at the end. I know this isn't meant to "push" the female instructor aside, but it just feels that way to me. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

Leslie, can you please post the classic workouts Walk and Jog and Walk and Kick. I can't watch my old VHS tapes . Those were some great workouts. Miss the old gang.
