Time to focus on the upper body with today’s sculpted arms workout. This HIIT style upper body workout is full of my favorite exercises to sculpt and tone the biceps, triceps and shoulders. Get ready to feel the burn!!
Breakdown: 2 Upper Body HIIT circuits 45s work + 15s rest x3 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Wk12 D1 Done! Yes, 4 more days to go!! My arms are like jello its so tired i can barely do the weighted jumping jacks. i just did it on modification coz i almost cannot lift my arms. But overall it was a great workout! Thanks HR!!

WOW! 😮 I can't believe I stuck with this 12 week program this long because I will usually give up and quit after 2 weeks, but I didn't and I only have 4 days left.
I made it to week 12! Not going to lie, I'm feeling bittersweet about this being the last week. I've never felt this strong before, I want to keep going. Thank you Heather for putting together this amazing program! <3

Couldn’t do the push-ups for that long even on knees and have to do tricep kick – backs with 6 lbs instead 10 lbs usually. 😌
