Wrapping up the week with yet another full body HIIT workout. Remember to work at your own pace and listen to your body! Challenge yourself with increased intensity or heavier weights but always stay in control of your form and take extra rest if needed. Let’s do this!!!
Breakdown: 2 full body circuits 45s work + 15s rest x2 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!
