It’s leg day!! What a great way to wrap up the week. Today we are building lean muscle in the lower body to create strong, toned legs. Keep your reps controlled and challenge yourself with some heavier weights today. You’ve got this team!
Breakdown: 2 lower body circuits 45s work + 15s rest x3 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

I didn’t love this one, but I got through it! I was still sore from the rest of the week and a tough week in general. Glad I could power through! Endlessly grateful for this workout program! I have lost all my pregnancy weight (8 months postpartum with my 4th!) which feels amazing. I can’t believe I’ve done 50 workouts in the last 10 weeks. Only 10 to go! Thank you, Heather!
