It’s time for another total body workout! Performing multiple sets of these bodyweight exercises will help improve mobility, build strength and muscular endurance which will help you get though Phase 2 of this 12 week workout plan (weeks 5 – 8) which is all about building lean muscle. So power through and get in as many controlled reps as you can during the work period. No equipment needed for this full body sweat sesh – just follow along!
Breakdown: 2 circuits x3 rounds each. 30s work + 10s rest

even if I go slow in this workout, I always end up with sweat dripping everywhere.
This workout is fire 🔥 🙌. In 10 mins qas sweating like a sinner in church and the preacher was preaching things he has done and is still doing kind of sweating 😅.But did finish it. Thank you so much for your time and love ❤

Day 3 complete I did not finish day 3 so I thought I would double up and do day 4 on day 4 but now I’m not sure… ugh heather is killing me for real.

Day 1 was supper difficult i am not a beginner but i havent exercised like in forever so it was very challenging the after effect was painful but i took it slow on day 2 rested in between did exercises in my own pace but i know the key to being fit is consistency here i am on day 3 wish me luck my butt really hurts also love it i feel very energetic today and i am actually excited for today's workout no idea why

DAY 3 COMPLETE! I absolutely love the ease into getting back in routine. These are perfect…I sometimes add light weights or booty bands to add a little more challenge. Thank you for providing these programs. So much easier than making my own. 😊

Wow! I tried starting this last year and was in horrible shape. I've been working on my health for last 4 months and this time around its going great! I gave up last year but I am going to complete this 12 week then do the 2.0 after! Thanks Heather!!!

the video is great but for some of the workouts i can not do the whole exercise because I am a little bit fat my stomach fat does not allow me is it okay I feel bad for not doing it
Watching in 2022, third time doing this series! And just noticed how funny it is that Heather suggests you can do this "while you're travelling" in the intro… little did we all know what was coming when this was recorded in January 2020… 😉

As a person that was once a very fit and active person who had 2 car accidents (one really bad) and 2 kids, I have not worked out more than walking and a few spin classes. I found the past 2 workouts the perfect challenge. However, I had to modify some of the ab exercises because it has been 10 years since I’ve even attempted. Looking forward to testing my muscle memory.
Day 3: ✅ I thought I’m going to give up at 7 min-mark 🥺😅. But so glad I finished 💪! Love the yoga inspired cool down 🥰.
