Today we are getting in that cardio! This HIIT cardio workout will get that heart rate up and help you build endurance and burn fat fast! We will finish things off today with an ab workout to target and strengthen the core. No weights needed today for these bodyweight HIIT exercises so clear some space and follow along!

Breakdown:
HIIT circuit – 2 circuits x2 rounds each. 40s work + 20s rest
Ab circuit – 2 circuits x2 rounds each. 20s work + 10s rest

I'm just going to record my improvement right here. I just started yesterday but I didn't bother to write because I'm too lazy but I just decided to post my improvements here. I stop doing her fabulous exercises 2 months ago with a weight of 80 or 81 kilos but yesterday I'm so shock of my weight (not really).
Weight- 88 kgs.
Height- 5'1
Waist- 37.5 inches
Leg- 26 inches
Arms- 17 inches

Day 1- Yesterday I weighed 88 kilos. After doing the day 1 exercise I feel really sore not only because of Heather's amazing workout but also I carry weights and dumbells before I started her amazing workout.

Week 1
Day 2- I weighed 86 kilos right now and I just can't believe how fast it was to lose 2 kilos in a day.

Day 3- I'm feeling great right now like LITERALLY GREAT. My weight is still stuck on 86 kgs. and I don't mind it at least I'm making progress. Let's keep going everyone!

Day 4- I'm close to finishing week 1 and I feel happy about my progress right now. My weight is currently 85.5 now and I feel ecstatic. I saw a huge difference, my bloated tummy just flatten now. We can do this!

Day 5- I skipped yesterday beacause my period just came and I don't have the strenght to do the exercise due to the period cramps but today, I resumed it. Done with Week 1! My weight is currently still 85.5. Fighting!

Week 2
Day 1- I took a 5 days rest due to some sudden emergency in our home and I feel bad about it. My weight rapidly increased and it is back to 88 but this happening will not lower my determination. This will be a lesson in my part and it's okay. We can do it! Do it for yourself!

Day 2- My weight drop again from 88 kgs. to 86 kgs. I'm happy for my improvements and I hope I will finish this exercise again not like last time where I have so many rest days. We are loved!

Day 3- I sweat a lot in this exercise and I'm literally loving every second of it. Done with this day, my weight is still the same and I'm happy with my improvement. My bloated tummy have flatten a little and honestly, you can see the difference from the first day from now. We are beautiful and valid!

Ps. Remember, we are gorgeous in our own way. Don't do something for the sake of others but do it because it makes you happy and satisfied. Please remind me to update everyday incase I'll forgot. Can you give me tips to continue this challege if I don't have a yoga ball I badly need it
