Most body builder type bodies are not trained to fight. Mr. Rashid has incorporated fighting physically and even more importantly mentally into to his regimen. I salute you G!

I'd love to spar with you. Not on some "oh i'll knock this guy out" type shit but to have a legit experience with someone who's been in the ring. Plus, it would help my cardio too………One day maybe. Always enjoyed the videos fam

Like I said… I like what I see and I'll root for you… But you need to work on your foot work…. Just saying..
The reason I say this is because.. What if you go against a guy like yourself, but he's more faster, and can move around the ring faster, and block your punches faster…. Dodges, And punches faster? Me personally.. I always put in my foot work

If MIKE went totally pro he wouldn't be the first buffed boxer, Tommy Morrison and Evander Holyfield are 2 that come to mind.
