Hey its rly great workout but should i do this when im already going to the gym? I mean i rly want to loose even more fat. If so when should i do it? after workout at gym? Thanks.
If i do this 90 day thing or the 90 day to gain strength, should i be in a calorie surplus?

I'm obviously not the coach but I would do the workouts before going to the gym and doing weights. Some folk will say to do the weights first so you've the energy for it but doing these types of workouts first gets the heart rate up and into the fat burning zone, it also loosens off all the muscles and gets them ready for a a good weights session. That's the way I do it and find it a lot more beneficial.

There is a 90 day calendar on the HASfit website. Just follow the calendar in order starting with week 1, day 1 and then week 1 day 2 … etc. You can do it!

i have a question coach, should i combine this routine with any other of your routines?? because before this one i was doing the 30 day challenge to get in shape combined with the 30 days to get six pack abs and i completed both but idk if the warrior 90 workout its enough or do i need to do something else ??

I'm on my last day today! I just wanted to post a comment encouraging people to do this. I remember 2 years ago I completed the 30 days to get in shape and then tried the warrior 90 and surrendered after 30 days. Then I got fat again and after half a year I started exercising for 1 month before quitting again. Since it has been a year since I gave up I just can't stop thinking of how much I could have accomplished if I hadn't given up. That's why it's been 4 months now (I started out with the 30 days to get in shape because this was too much for me at the beginning) and now I can't believe this is my last day. All I can say is that the first week I didn't think I was gonna make it, but the best thought you can have is thinking that if you don't start now, in a year you'll still be the same, so better now or never! If I could do it, so can you!
Thank you Hasfit, I could have never done this if there wasn't a person at my side suffering with me through the exercise and encouraging me to keep on going. I feel like crying tears of joy hahaha.
