This is my fave walking workout, the scenery is AMAZING, and love all the moves!
according to my fitbit inspire hr my heart rate was in fat burn zone for 57 min 9 min cardio i did not get to a peak burnd 361 calories and my heart rate peaked at 135 but to be fair i am verry out of shape and i try to do one of your 20 – 30 min videos every day and i go through 3 16 oz bottles of water during i march in place and drink my water lol my step count says 2,623 but your gonna wanna take say 300 of that off because i ware it to bed.
