Tried this for the first time today (7 years later). She mentioned a 4-week challenge, but I don't see a link, or know what the other workouts were. Is she still teaching? At 65 I have to pace myself and protect my joints, but like to stay active. Appreciate this one!

I could go on and on about why I love your videos but it would take too long. Jessica your w/o's are a great way to start my day. They are productive and easy to follow. You always lead us into the next step with a clear direction. I also like that your cool downs are a part of the workout.
