This was great. I got 1898 steps doing this. I followed it with a couple of toning workouts. Before I found your workouts I used to feel that unless I was lifting heavy weights or doing hiit then I wasn’t doing a proper workout. You are always so encouraging and have made me realise that a mix of workout styles is a much healthier and enjoyable alternative and I feel in better shape for it and not the guilt I used to feel If I didn’t feel like jumping lunges and burpees every day. I have to be honest. The first time I did this workout I didn't find it challenging. But it's really good for extra exercise. Could you do 30 minute version like this? I like all the step moves.

One added thing I believe I’ve mentioned before. I am older…64…I also have trouble concentrating. This has definitely helped my mental health. I suffer from anxiety and depression. I’ve been using this trainer for four years. So something is going right with me I could never keep focused enough to do the most simplest of things. And for me the thirty second duration is so much more effective that the 60 seconds. The reason..? Don’t know if anybody something to say please let me know your never to old to learn.🌹
