Thanks Jo , You are an absolute legend . Your knighthood is thoroughly deserved ( I said you would get one back in the summer , didn't I!!) You should feel so proud for what you have done for the nation . And I bet your Mum and Dad have a tear in their eye when they think of how you have turned out ! This workout was a killer ! …But no stress after it ! Totally chilled now !

Definitely the toughest so far! I’m doing each day for a week (expect for the abs one which I do on Wednesday and Saturday). Gives me chance to become accustom to the moves.
Thank you so much Joe! This lockdown can be pretty challenging at times but your workouts are keeping me going and help me to keep positive about the future ❤️

Came back to this video for Joe’s motivational style. I don’t realize how much more he pushes me than I push myself, until I get done with his workout and realize “wow that was tough”
