It would be greatly appreciated & interesting I am sure if maybe there was a fitness Q&A session once in a while? I really respect both of your opinions and dedication to fitness. I am glad I found you ladies! 🙂 This isn't an actual workout request, but I was wondering what are both of your thoughts on, "thigh gaps." Do you believe they are attainable for most women? And if so, what are the best exercises to incorporate into a workout for the inner thigh? A second question (since I am new) is can I get toned arms by simply using free weights or do you also believe in incorporating the machines at the gym? As far as workout suggestions, I love the kettle-bell and band workouts.

SO happy about the fall challenge! I would love HIIT and Booty workouts. Also, to get a booty I've heard you need to consume more food(I'm assuming protein?), could you ladies comment in on that? I'm good at following the TIU approved meal plans but would love a little info on that. Thank you ladies for ALL you do for us <3

I would SO appreciate an update "Back to School" edition. Even though I'm not in school anymore, the SUPER QUICK meals and such for when you don't have time to meal prep or you just forget and need to grab a bar and a drink at a grocery store or something is so appreciated and needed. I know for us who have work that is so busy in seasons or we are trying to start with a TIU lifestyle amidst a crazy work time, easy and budget-friendly options are so helpful. And if you could ever do a crazy budget friendly edition, I'd love it. Like legit love. Thanks for all you do to encourage and inspire!

one thing I've always wanted to see from you girls is a workout for pregnant women. I'm not pregnant at the moment, but I do have two kids, and I am planning on one more. it would be so cool to see what type of workout routine you guys can put together for pregnant women. I know it would be awesome!!!

I would love for you to guys to say exactly what part of the body (or show a picture ) we are working out with each move . I know you generally try to mention it in videos for for the 5 suggested moves it would be nice to know what pat it's working out so we can add that to our own workout routine 🙂

I would love to see a follow-along steady state cardio workout I can do at home…for those mornings when it's too dark/rainy/cold to get outside and run or walk, but I still want to get my cardio in without going to a gym! 😉

Hi, Karena & Katrina! I am 34 and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis a over year ago. I was a dancer before and was very active. I want so badly to do the exercises, but many times I can't due to the impact on my joints. It's really sad because just a few years ago I was still performing ballet. 🙁 Anyway! I would LOVE to see some low impact workouts for those of us who have to be a little more kind to our joints. Thank you and love you both so much! You are both so inspiring to me. And the nutrition plan is EVERYTHING! Thank you so much for making that. And PerfectFit Protein. I use it everyday!

I have been doing lunges and squats when I take my dog to the dog park at my apartments. Luckily I'm usually alone, but sometimes I'm kinda self conscious like people will see me and be like, "There's the girl that works out at the dog park. " But I'm getting my booty in shape!

Hi, That was really fun and I love looking forward to the challenges.

My quest-gestion is about injuries or weak spots. I have a knee with some issues and I can usually modify around.

Do you have modifications specific for things like knee, back..shoulder? This is mainly a concern for HIIT and the daily moves.

I was sick for two weeks, and I really still find it difficult to workout regularly because I lost my momentum for some time. It would be awesome if you can create a workout that isn't too shaky (if that makes sense) or that with no sudden or quick movements so working out is still possible even if your head feels heavy and when moving too fast gives you headaches.

I love all the kettle bell workouts! The yoga kettle bell combo workout especially. HIIT workouts are also my favorite, so more of all of these but maybe a kettle bell HIIT? And last…how about a what inspires you to keep going video, when your body doesn't cooperate, and you just don't have the energy, or just day to day, what's your inspiration? The California sun and beach would be good for me, but I'm in Wisconsin, so we get all four seasons…most of which you are under cloudy, cold, blech weather…which is a downer…
