start doing explosive pull ups just so you can get your chest just past the bar, then do deep dips explosive so you chin is around 3-4 cm above the dips bar then practise that for around two weeks then you should be able o your first muscle up I can now do 14 in one go only started doing them 2 months ago hard work pays off
