Lee Priest and Sergio all day….They have completely different bodies, but both are unmatched and awe inspiring!

Phil has crazy upper forearms brachialis, but lacks meat on lower forearms.

The pose takes a good level of flexibility and I think that’s the reason why it’s rare to see a good version of it in this day of bodybuilding.

Hi Nick, Great videos. Check Steve Reeves victory pose that started it all in the 40's…Paul Wynter had a great crucifix pose as well !! I Enjoy your great videos. Thankyou

Oliva is the arms king! He had the biggest boddy of all and the smallest waist, so Oliva ftw

Really ? Lee Priest, he’s great but there is no other like Sergio. The V taper is ridiculous and his arms, considering the era, are just as good if not better.

Sergio is #1 from unbeatable contrasts and dramatic aesthetics, but Lee's conditioning and crazy arms makes his a fast second. I don't like Lee's long torso in the pose.

Definitely the originator – Sergio Oliva! His V-tappor was better with his smaller waist…plus he did it with a vacuum!

Sergio has an insane victory pose

Sergio…he's called the Myth for a reason. The reason is this pose. He wins because of the differential between his waist & lats. Nobody ever had that much contrast. Go ahead & like Lee Preist…he's good. But he's not Sergio.

definitely lee Priest just because of his enormous arms and lats and his small waist

That's my favorite pose. Sergio. Without him Priest couldn't do it. Big Romy might get away with it

Victory pose winner:
In terms of arms: Lee priest
In terms of v taper and lats: Sergio
That's it no more argument

i think sergio pulls it off more gracefully given his flowing lines top to bottom.
lee's version has more shock value due to develpment of his arms and forearms
