Hey, I might be wrong, but concerning the first excercices, I've heard from mutiple people, gym youtubers and bodybuilders that you are more likely to work out your psoas (at the hips) rather than your abs, which is not really a good thing since your psoas is naturally well developped (even a bit too much) because we spend a lot of time sat. And psoas are "worked out" when you are sat. So we should avoid to do these kinds of exercices where you lift the feet that way or hang them on a machine or something. Is that right ? Otherwise, really nice video, even if it's 7 year old. A good source of inspiration !

This is just superb, I have been researching "what exercises should i do to get a six pack" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about – Elliecan Shreddify Pack – (should be on google have a look)? I've heard some super things about it and my co-worker got great results with it.

Marine Corps boot camp was my favorite experience. I hated it in the beginning but damn near cried when I left. Short and skinny guys take heed about his dead lifts and squats prior to joing, when you get to field training and starting carrying 75 pound packs, especially if your in San Diego, it will be a nightmare going up hill, and those drill instructors will not cuddle you no matter how taxed your body is, they have no patience for complainers and whiners. Good luck, it's well worth it if you the grit to stick thru it
