Wow! It is amazing that you lifted all of that weight. But to me, the most amazing part is that your hands held perfectly.
I have been trying to deadlift more weight for a year but my hands just won't hold on. It hurts so much. I even tried those writs bands that are supposed to help.
Anything over 100lb is impossible for me even if the rest of my body feels great. Any tips?

Nothing feels better than a big Deadlift.
Yo Lex, Have you tried taking bigger jumps between your last warm-up set to your 1st working set? I think warming up with 10kg before the weight you have in mind can be a bit too taxing and thus make you lift less weight than you can actually handle. For example, make your last warm-up set 200 or even 190kg to conserve more energy for your max.
Just some food for thought. Try it out if you want, I know it works for me. Congrats on the PR, smashing it.

watch out for ur bicep when doing mix grip, u are having a small bend in ur arm, thats just risking a dumb injury, flex ur triceps while doing ur deads or keep on using the straps, much safer and best thing to use when u arent a powerlifter.
Dogs die from chocolate so giving it to them is like giving someone a small dose of poison! Yea they won't die straight away but keep it up and they'll deffo die
