Take Hitt outdoors with this Urban High Intensity Interval Training workout of mine. You need to find an incline or steps and some railings or a bench. Alternatively you could do this at home and when I do the hill sprints you could do star jumps or high knees on the spot, then you can preform the toning exercises I do using simply a chair.
This workout will get your heart rate up and tone you all over and you can repeat this 2 to 3 times. Lucy xx
