i need your help…all the time i have used incline bench to try to work upper pecs the only thing i ever worked is the front delts where now i have stretch marks and my upper delts are huge and my upper chest looks nothing like yours what have i done wrong. Its not like i set up right and did military presses and its to the point that my front delts were almost injured
