Hello! I love this video! So, if I wanted to get better at doing regular push ups. How often should I do this workout?
Our nature of work is sitting in front of the computer 8-9 hrs a day. Your videos help us so much squeeze in some little exercises during breaks. Thank you so much Daniel and Kelly!
I'm actually proud of myself for finishing it, because my push-ups are pathetic, but I really want to build strength in my chest and back muscles, so I'm working hard. I'll definitely be coming back to this punishment of a workout! xD

elbows are a little too flared imo, would like to see your push up article talking about elbow flaring during push ups.
When I heard that Daniel had back pain and had to stop training, I also stopped because I don't know if he got his pain from these workout sessions. Now when all the gyms are closed, FitnessBlender is a lifesaver 😇

hey guys, just a warning. I thought I'd be able to do this workout even though I had not been working out in a while, but I woke up with major chest pain the next day that remained for a few weeks, and is still here as we speak. Turns out it's Tietze syndrome, which is likely triggered by this exercise. If you have not been working outfor a while, you may not want to go full in on this workout (e.g. I probably should have done the push-ups from my knees). Nonetheless, it is a great workout and I'm so grateful for this channel!!

Those are the widest push ups I've ever seen… This should be clarified as a wide push up. This is also not the safest for people who can't do push ups. If you're looking to learn how to do a push up, you need to start from a high elevation like a table and work your way down closer to the floor. Trying to do push ups from the floor without the strength is just going to result in terrible form and shoulder injuries.
