The absolutely most important thing is to KEEP THOSE LUNGS OPEN 😀 I love this exercise. It looks quite easy at first glance but for me it was really challenging. I used 8kg dumbbells for bicep curls and 5 kg for everything else and every second interval of every exercise brouhgt those muscles almost to failure. I wasn't convinced prior to this but now I'm on board with FitnessBlender. Good stuff! Keep it up!

Is it normal for me as a woman to not be able to lift more than 5 pounds for these exercises? I feel so weak when he says “I’m doing 20 pounds” and Im doing 15 pounds less

Didn't have a bench so used an exercise ball… talk about an abs challenge as well as arms!!! 10, 8 and 5kg dumbells this time

What do I do when its one of those days? I did upper body one day, couple days later did lower body, couple days passed… was ready for another workout, but my brain was like maybe tomorrow bro. 🤦♂️
