I switched back to heather from different workout trainer though I see the difference of My body but I always feel bloated. But when I tried heater's workout it makes my body a complete one than before. So I stick to her💪💪💞

I absolutely LOVED this workout!!! I definitely feel the burn (my arms are shaking) but was able to get through all the moves, kept me engaged and not bored at all because of the no repeats, the rests were long enough for me to switch weights and catch enough breath and water without feeling rushed so I was able to give my all for each interval, and I love that you're not talking and just letting the amazing music amd loud clear timer play! This workout literally flew by! I'm sitting here sweating saying "That's it?" But in a good way because I was having so much fun that time flew by. Thank you so much for making this workout!!! It will definitely be a staple in my rotation ❤
