Started week 5 of the 8 weeks challenge yesterday! This workout is SO nice but I'm sad because I don't have any dumbbells. I use 2 600ml water bottles but I know I can lift heavier. 🙁

Day 2 of week 5 of the 8 weeks workout done. I feel lighter but I added some more inches in my body, am I doing it correctly? I really love your workout, and I don't want to stop because You are very motivating and I get drain whenever I do your workout and am loving it. Please I need your advice, what is the reason for the more inches? Because am eating clean and also following your workout consistently.

Hi Joanna, thank you very much for this work out programme. I am havin some trouble doing push ups i don't know the correct way to so them, i find them very hard (even without weights). i can do all the other exercises including planks but not the push ups, it feels like i have no strenght or i maybe i don't have the correct arms position … Can you help with tips on how to do them correctly?
