This workout is only a 3 difficulty? How is that even possible?

Depends on how heavy the weights are.

If you seriously want to bulk up, you should do a google search Mega Muscle Method. They will help you get the body you deserve.

Hey, have you heard about MuscLeader (have a look on Google)? On their website you will find a great free video showing how you can develop notable muscle fast whilst shedding excess fat at the same time. Kev and hundreds of guys with the same goal had amazing success using this approach. Perhaps it will work for you as well.

gave this a try today. pretty good. could have added lateral raise/pec fly.
Also it is not clear when to start and stop the moves if you are just listening.
Please add "3 2 1 Go" kind of countdown and count through the sets.

Would be better if it was actually real time. I don't have a $300 set of dumbbells so it takes quite a bit longer than 28 minutes.

I really like that both Kelly and Daniel do videos because I think my boyfriend feels more comfortable working out with me when there is a male in the video. I think it makes him feel as though the workout is challenging enough for him even though Kellys workouts can kick anyone's butt!

Thanks for the workout, but I would have appreciated a mention of which muscles exactly we were working in each one. During a few of them, I was like – Is this for my back? Is this for my triceps?

Shoulder complaint be gone; Not with this workout. Oh well, lighter weights used. Never usually work on those forearms so well done Dan, keep 'em coming.

Shoulder, arm & wrist exercises that are quite tiring, especially after doing that 10 min stretch for this particular set. Thanks, Dan it was worth it.

Appreciate the inclusion of wrist exercises. It's unusual but important especially for older women.
