Yay! Every day I check whether I can do the workout, I guess I'm part-time Lucy's squad! I broke my hip last year (no, im not really old, just really clumsy!) so I can only do ones like these but I get so excited, I really want to get back into fitness! Thanks Lucy <3

Hi Lucy!! Love all your videos. Been following you for a few years from the U.S. in Ohio🙂 Could you create a barre 3 fitness workout and a Pilates barre? Some days these type of exercises work best for me and what's out on YouTube is alright but I'd much rather do one of yours💃🏻

#DONE 😌 I started today with what I missed yesterday, the Monday playlist and boy my energy so far this week is LOW but I think it is due to stress and not enough sleep. Then I did this upper body workout and it was nice. 😍 Off to get ready for work!

just a bit disappointed in myself for not being able to do the press ups. ive been trying to do them for so long and everytime i just do not see any improvement

Workout complete! This was the arm toning workout with a twist from the previous one you had us do. Lucy I challenged myself with round 2 and 3 with the extended plank I did 20 of the extended plank exercise and 15 of the push ups! Whew! I also went to 20 on the bonus move! It is not my intention to brag or boast. I wanted to share my progress with you and ask who read this of the progress I am making. I'm truly, truly, encouraged. I will continue with my clean eating. Thank you so much for posting clean eating tips and recipes. 😍🙅👏💕

O my gosh I love you Lucy!!! Perfect IS boring!!! Yes embrace our flaws!! You are so adorable! I actually wasn't a fan of my belly not too long ago, before YOU got me fit Lucy!! I carried 4 kids in it! I've realized when you get as fit as you can be, the negative self talk pretty much vanishes.
