This exercise is one of my favorites for isolating the hamstrings, however it will require a great deal of core control and stability to perform. If you have a hard time balancing on one foot, we will go over some modifiers to help you build the strength you need to be able to do it on your own. This exercise is also great for correcting imbalances you might have in your legs and I personally love to use it as a finisher exercise in my hamstring workouts! When it comes to interval training, do you usually do it before are after your muscle split. Or is it better to isolate an entire day by itself for this type of cardio? The reason I'm asking is because I can only do 15 minutes max of this cardio, and it really takes up your energy. However it takes up a short amount of time so I don't want to waste one of my days a week for a 15-minute workout … Can you please reply!

Hey Scott, I was just wondering if I could ask you a question regarding my shoulder, at the end of 2012 I dislocated it(It was out of the socket for almost 3 hours), and my range of movement and flexibility has never quite been the same, but ever since I've really been trying to stabilise and grow the muscle tissue to a reasonable strength so I felt comfortable. So after almost a year and a half of training rear delts, frontal delts, rotator cuffs and general shoulder exercises (stretching, warming up, trying to improve flexibility), I gained alot of strength and confidence so I decided to give surfing a go again… the first wave I caught, I was trying to paddle onto the wave and my shoulder re-dislocated itself (Obviously I'm pretty devastated because I LOVE working out and it's taken so long to reach the rehabilitation stage that I was currently at) and I can't stop wondering why???? So I guess I was just going to ask your opinion about what kind of exercises I could do to improve range of movement, strength and stability. Also just another quick question, would my shoulders rotator cuff be heavily affected whilst doing incline/flat bench bar and dumbbells? (Sorry about the huge paragraph haha!) Cheers 🙂

Hey Scott first of all, nice video and congratulations with your anniversary! I got a question tough i know it is a bit off topic but i hope you know the answer:
At my gym i did a bodyfat test, i have a percentage of 6,4% fat and my BMR is 2300 calories. does that mean i need to eat 2300 calories a day or do i need to burn 2300 calories a day to lose fat? Thanks in advance

Hey Scott if you put masking tape where you want to cut. Then mark your line on the tape then cut it and it won't chip. Or cut from the back side then the top won't chip as much.
