Is there an alternate exercise to doing the lunge, I am so afraid because I dislocated my knee while exercising and my knee is very weak to do this exercise.

Just finished this and am panting like crazy! I found the 'sitting running' one quite painful on the back, but my goodness, the wee stretches at the end were well worth the wait!

Did this today as an add on to today's #SpringAhead  workout.  Whew!  This one worked me good … that windmill workout with the weights was HARD!!!  Definitely had to do that move without the weights.  Ultimate Belly Fat Burner indeed. 🙂  Keep up the great work.

The seated running at 11:25 was HARD for me to do!  I kept rounding my back which I know I should not do, then pause, backup, start again.  So the workout actually ended being about 16 minutes for me :oP     I'm not complaining though, I just finished setting a bookmark for this routine so I can practice this exercise.

Did this today after Jump Start Cardio and loved it! Of course any workout that includes planks is a favorite, but I really loved all the moves in here. Maybe next time I will try this as a circuit.
