Atm I'm doing squats when I'm brushing my teeth so twice a day I started with doing 20 then 40 then 50 now I'm on 60 each time I brush my teeth, what do you recommend me going up to, and what else can I do I just want to work on my thighs and tummy x

I love your videos but it seems at least on my computer that the sound is not very good. I watch other videos on here and the sound is great but yours are always SO quiet. I can't hear what you are saying.

Lucy, your videos are so helpful! I found your channel a little over a month ago, and so far I have lost 15 pounds (about 6.8 kilograms)! I feel like the training with the videos is what makes the difference because it feels like you are right there coaching me through it all way over here in the US! I have tried to do many other fitness type videos like insanity and P90X and while they worked for the most part, they were way too intense, difficult and time consuming to do, that I found myself not exercising consistently. I would just like to say thank you for helping me get fit and healthy!

Love Richmond park great place to go for a walk or jog, I take my 2 children they scoot or ride their bike while I try and jog.. Really enjoying your channel I'm a pilates instructor but have tried some of your workouts loved them and the kids loved your banana pancakes 😀

Hi! I absulutely love your videos and youve made working out fun for me again i feel like i was stuck in the same old rut haha! I have a rather weird quesrion but was wondering what your advice would be. I am a UK size 6 with C cup boobs, i have a tiny bit of fat covering my tummy and have before lost that and been able to see my abs and things and was really happy with my tummy for once as even though im slim i dont usually have a flat tummy, but I at the same time went down to an A cup so completely cut out cardio and just started weights because i was so unhappy with having even smaller boobs! So the fat is back and my ab workout just feels like its going to waste because I cant see any results. Is there anything I can do to tone and sculpt my abs, thighs and bum without loosing weighr or fat all over? I know thats a tricky question but it's just something I've always wondered because i would love the best of both worlds haha! I absulutely love your videos regardless and please keep making them you are so inspiring xx
