I love your work outs!  I have been doing 2 or 3 10 min workouts a day and sharing on FB, they are really easy to follow along and really good work outs!  I am sore today but plan on doing it again today!

Tiffany…..acompanho diariamente seus videos…esse é um que tds os dias repito 3 vzs seguidas….sou muito sua fã…fazia academia…incrível como tinha preguiça..já cm seus videos a minha disposição supera minhas expectativas tds os dias. Tenho os braços flácidos, tenha alguma dica mais eficaz? Mais uma vez obrigada por dedicar o seu tempo.

This exercise is one of my favorites. If I don't have bottle of water I use tin cans.
I love all of Tiffany Rothes workouts. I lost 14kg in 6 months due to her workouts and diet of course. I believe you have to exercise the excess wait off and then sensible diet along with workouts will keep it off. Thank you Tiffany Rothe I am in my 50's and your workouts were easy for me to do and FUN. 🙂
