so I was wondering if I could use some of these work outs? I ask cuz on dec.8.16 I was involved in serious motorcycle wreck where I was tossed 31ft. Broke my left rib, right forearm and shattered right hip. I'm due to be fully recovered by Feb but cuz I'm not able to walk fully I'm losing some muscle n I'll hv to learn to walk again. I'm blessed but when fully recovered I will be in gym for basically life now so wat can help if u kno
