You think this is hard? Do a Widowmaker Squat, Smith Machine Hack Squat, or a Plate-Loaded Leg Press. That will put some hair on your chest!

Scott, that's a great video! The 40/40 is tough. My best is a 23/23. I was 66 when I did it (that's my excuse for not getting more reps) To do it after a regular workout like you did is impressive. I learn alot from your videos. Thanks for sharing, Joel

Thanks. I tried these first time a few days ago (atomic pushup). Definitely not as easy as you make em look. But I see how I can improve my breathing and elbow position.
Is there a deliberate way of breathing here (lat oulldowns? ). Other than in down out when lifting? Your breathing seemed very intense or focused. Like, should I blow out in a particular way? Thanks
