Martin Luther Martin Luther King was a good man, I feel his words of wisdom, but Mahatma Gandhi was a racist,' he used to kill South Africans so I don't agree with him on that, but for the most part was a righteous person.☀tribe

..Do you guys not realize that MLK's protesting and peace walks were ALSO ACCOMPANIED BY LOADS OF RIOTING THAT WERE USED TO DISCREDIT HIS MOVEMENT? Over 60% of people disapproved of him when he was at his most popular.

Riots are bad, no shit, but they are the result of inaction on systematic issues, if something is not done to combat said issue, or those in power help get us distracted over said problems mere existence, then these issues will always come back up, again and again.

If you are anti-riot and would rather see BLM sink away to the shadows with nothing to show for it, then you do not understand what MLK said about rioting.

He wasn’t a “trouble maker”. 3 year olds are trouble makers. He was a revolutionary with actual principles. Something seemingly more rare now, and the type of person we need many more of.
