Drop sets on the bench, 365# + apprx 40 lbs in Chains… so starting at around 400 lbs, dropping to 315, then to 225….. Straight to Squats… 315 # for max reps, drop set to 225 for max reps… then Log cleans & presses…… basically this kind of crazy programming is normal at our gym…. Compound powerlifting movements which incorporates body building styled rep ranges….. one big lift to another to keep the heart rate up, hence getting your cardio done while building mass, and looking like a bad ass at the same time 🙂 we do these in contest with each other all the time 🙂

try doing sprints , intense interval training sprints (1 – 2 minutes sprint plus 1 minute rest) and you will know what CARDIO means as compared top drop sets.

Gota luv the overtraining method and all but cardio is cardio pushing heavy to get abs is not cardio.. Maybe it works for him but to tell everybody that is kinda misleading people that really want to go 10 rounds and still win.. Being a boxer I'm surprised he says that cuz going hard on the heavy bag or even jump rope is a whole different feel to just lifting heavy but hey All it is jus advice do whatever the f#@$ u wana do!
