I know im not Scott, but I personally would say cardio is very important AFTER weight training if your looking to lower your body fat and/or keep your heart healthy, I say after because if you do it before your body will be much more tired and you will not be able to put 100% into your weight training.

Hello, have you considered "Musclegion" (google it)? On their website you can watch a useful free video explaining the way to pack on noticeable muscle very fast. This made it possible for James overcome his muscle building plateau and consequently grow toned muscle mass with no fat super fast. Hopefully it will help you also.

Hi, have you heard of "Musclegends" (look on Google)? There you will find a nice free video demonstrating the best way to pack on notable muscle easily. It made it easier for Ryan to break through his body building plateau and consequently build chiseled muscle mass without fat very fast. I hope it will work for you also.
