She's not on steroids ignorant people. That is 10 years of hard work and dedication. Most of the people commenting that she looks gross this and that wish they could do half of what she does. I love DLB !

There's irony in an event whose founder had a liver transplant due to all the drugs he took – and a stage full of competitors who lie (even to themselves) about their drug use, and the tool it will take on their organs over time.

I'm not sure why everyone is so crazed about whether DLB does steroids or not? Who cares? It still takes hard work, dedication, perseverance and strength of will to do what she does. She's single handedly influenced the way that I perform in the gym. For those that are afraid they're going to look like her and don't want to be all muscles, don't train that way and don't be an idiot. Do your research. Look at your goals, not DLB's. The way you have to attack your body to look like DLB most wouldn't have the stamina or the time. However, she is great inspiration! For the rest of us that understand that my body is my body and can not look like you're body, NO MATTER WHAT, I thank you. Thank you for debunking the myth of over training at least in my own head. You've changed my workouts forever. Keep the faith!

I understand that people hold their breath when they're pushing a lot of weight and whatnot. But making the loudest sounds isn't needed. It's literally so people will look and be like  ' Who's screaming? Oh the dude with 200 pound dumbbells. "
It's just annoying to me.
