It's a weird one for me.. Training to failure.. I take a long time to recover from workouts like 4 days to be fully recovered but triceps and chest are far worse.. Triceps take a week.. Chest takes 9+ days I'm still recovering… Would you recommend training the same way to complete failure on the rest of the body but only performance failure on chest and triceps?

ive been training 20-30 sets to absolute failure 7 days a week for the last 4 months + 5 days a week 1 hour running and i feel great.

hey BRO OMAR ,i got a serious doubt hope u wd reply me means a lot to me.. bro i strted weight training to build muscle n loose fat in gym doing it 5 times a week in the morning around 70- 100 min .and then im doing cardio fr 2 hours in the evening {i dont feel exhausted to failure after cardio} 5 days a week n den rest saturday n sunday . broo do u think im exhausting my muscles too much frm gaining muscle ?? i take around 3400 calories per day .. am i doing it wrong ??plz help me out thx brro

I do split workout . 4 days a week . I spend max each workout 50 min – 60 min . I don't use supplements . Everything is ok . I geel good about my physique . I'm not in a hurry to see gains.
So would you then agree it's ok to train to complete failure for the LAST set of a muscle group?

Im doing fine with performance failure, gained 7 pounds in two and a half month and proceedure is etc. training chest to performance failure but i take 3-4 day rest before i can do chest workout again and it works great.I managed to fix my right pec imbalance and gained strenght…
