I can not seem to put on quality size (I say quality because my intentions aren't to bulk to the extent of gaining unnecessary fat) regardless of what I do and my approach to several different styles of training that I've applied my self to and truly believed in them but still the body doesn't respond even with a high caloric intake of quality sources of food. I'm aware of the key is consistency over a long period of time but I've been doing this shit for four years now and still look like a beginner. I've invested all this time and energy in to it and gained nothing it return physically speaking. It's mentally exhausting so Mike my question is is this lifestyle just not for everyone as in how there body reacts? my desires are to personal train like yourself and help guide others in to the right direction in their life's but haven't got the physique I'm not going to draw people in if I haven't got the physical product of the mind it's frustrating.

I need help with my diet, i was going okay in the beginning, 6 meals a day. gained about 5kg's of muscle, normal beginner gains. Then i heard about carb backloading now i eat like a fucking slob post workout.
