Hello! I just had a quick question if you or anyone could answer this for me. Performing the Single leg deadlifts, is it important to keep the hips squared up? Does it matter or not at all? Thank you in advance.
Dannnng this app looks amazing. I never consider purchasing stuff like this but I had a look through your app and it looks like the best possible format. With the timer, videos, rep counts, etc. I'm really impressed. Going to try out the first workout and see how it goes. This app is the cost of a few training sessions and once those are done, they're done. Yes you can re do the exersizes but that gets old. This is so much more worth while. <3
