This is an Intermediate Dumbbell workout, consisting of 3 sections and you will need at least 1 set of dumbbells. Courtnay is using a light set and a medium set.
BLOCK 1: 7 minute AMRAP
6x Deadlift & high pull
6x DB squats or goblet squats
6x Renegade rows
6x DB reverse lunges
1 min recovery
BLOCK 2: 6 mins
40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest
Shuttle forward & back
Lateral lunge knee drive
Military plank
A-Skip
Bear crawl
Pop squat
1 min recovery
BLOCK 3: 4 mins Ascending Ladder
2/4/6/8 reps
Plank drag
Swing
Ballistic Row

I really really loved that!! Felt amazing after that! The only thing I’d comment on, and it could be I’m tired from teaching all day, was that the final pyramid style one. I found it hard to keep up with the 4 moves provided. I spent more time trying to remember the four moves which ruined my momentum. The style of workout is amazing I’d love to have a similar one to that again. It’s nice to have something different to do 😄😄😄 thank you!!

Enjoyed this one, thanks Courtnay. The only problem I had was that the background was a bit busy, I do the workouts from my phone and I had trouble picking you out sometimes! Could I suggest a clearer background next time? Many thanks
