My arms were so sore after this workout. Can’t wait to keep doing it. This workout felt so quick. The talking honestly really helped. when there was only a minute left I was shocked. I couldn’t do the standing tricep extensions though. I’m not sure why. Everytime I tried to do it something in my back was pinching and it hurt.

I have completed the above workout four times, and I am pleased to say that my upper arms look slimmer, and my bingo wings are starting to firm up. It's a very effective arm workout because I have tried them all. It would help if you used weights roughly the same as Andrea suggests, though, as I tried this workout with lighter weights a few years ago, and it did nothing for my arms (I was worried my arms would bulk up)
Your muscles have to ache afterwards to be effective, folks.

I love this workout but what the heck does it mean to keep your booty "nice and quiet"??? Does she mean engage it? Or keep it relaxed? Don't fart? lol. I'm so confused every time I do this workout as to what a quiet booty means!!!
