TRAILER | Joe Wicks: ‘The Year That Changed Me’ – The Body Coach TV

by YouTube Team

The Year That Changed Me is my new 3-part documentary series with lululemon. I want to share with you how the last year has reshaped the way I approach my own mental and physical health and most importantly – what I’ve learnt. Hopefully it might help to inspire you to make the same positive changes in your life.

Our granddaughter joined in your series on You Tube during the first lockdown and loved joining in. She enjoys most of her PE lessons at school and enjoyed your routines. She is now 10 and will be in her final year at junior school from September.

Happy to see you're including the conversation of mental health in your life/videos Joe. It's much more holistic approach to health; eating, exercising, and taking care of mental health are the pillars. Thank you for helping people get better.

Sounds great! Totally agree about getting out into the fresh air, might have to force myself sometimes but always feel so much better when I do! Also the P.E sessions in lockdown were an absolute lifesaver for us when schools were out
