Today I’m combining some of my favorite HIIT, cardio + strength workouts from the past few months to create one killer total body workout! No repeats in this one woohoo! You will need some dumbbells for a portion of today’s mashup workout. I’m using a set of 10lbs and a 25lb weight. I hope you enjoy today’s fat burning combo!!

Perfect time.. Ive been killing myself with longer workouts the past weeks and realize if the intensity is high 20 mins plus a warm up is all you need. 😎💪
