Banish fat fast with this one move of mine that i=I have created, it is going tot sculpt you all over and super charges your calorie burn. So why not do a few first thing in the morning and burn off lots more calories for the rest of the day.

😳i was tired just watching! Its a bit more intense than I can do, but you have a ton that i CAN do.
Been working thru all your workout. Have almost done everyone now. As I get to these older ones I was like WOW what grt moves and look forward to maybe you doing some of these older workout move in with you new ones in real time. As I have gone from the newest and been working through to the oldest I am seeing how intense these were back 6 years ago and how wonderful all would be to add to your new work out plans for us all. I try to do 2 workout sessions a day with your monthly challenges as one and then add older undone workouts to equal atleast 30 plus minutes each session. slowly get to the oldest. These are grt just think if you will add these older ones in with the new ones in real time would be awesome!!!!! Thanks so much for all you do for all of us. XO
