i just don't think the starfish side plank is humanly possible

First of all I love you! Thank you so much for being a fabulous fitness instructor for us here on Youtube. I was wondering in future videos if you could explain random moves that we do not do as often like flying bird dogs a little more in depth. I felt like I was doing them wrong but trying to still keep up with you. I love your videos and your positive vibe just asking for a little extra help.

I still can't do side planks so well, but they're getting better!
And push ups… nope. My body does not want to do those yet!

LOL!! She said look “through your thighs!!” One day, Cassie, one day! But seriously, I took a week off after my first three days (not intentionally, butI will need to be more deliberate if I intend to get this in)… this time around I’m able to hold the table top for the 100… I couldn’t do all 100, but I could hold myself in that suspended position. I wasn’t able to do that before… and this is with a week off- wow, just wow and thank you for the video. I am enjoying myself.
Whenever I do abs, I only feel it in my hip flexors, and it really hurts. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong? Anyone who sees this comment, I'd love some feedback!

Day 22 of the Beginner's Calendar and 1/3 videos are complete. I kinda screwed up with the dog/bird movement so it kinda feels like I screwed up with this exercise video. But, I cannot believe how much easier crunches have become in comparison to what I was able to do at the beginning of the month. I'm really happy with my progress and I'm glad I started this calendar.

I got a phone call and I had 4 reps of the leg out roll ups! And I actually enjoyed that one lol
did anyone elses hips pop or get all poppy sounding/feeling doing the sit up bends? what else can i do so my hips dont hurt during and after them?

That was fun! I loved the ab moves, they were so intense in this short time! I'd love to have the first one, where you bring your flexed leg up while doing a sit up, in some other ab workouts, too. 🙂

Dear Future Grass,
The whole balancing act was a chore at first but I managed to get it down. This workout video was challenging but I'm really proud of myself for not giving up. Even if that meant doing the side planks!
Tip: be prepared for LOTS of sweat!
